The last time the Lacombe AA Generals played on home ice was December 17th and an 8-6 win over the Red Deer Rustlers.

Finally,  tonight,  the team will be able to play their last game of the regular season at home to The Westlock Warriors. The first place Gens can tie a bow around this 2022-23 regular season which has been a very successful one for the team. The Generals are guaranteed to finish the season in first place and have already claimed the President's Cup for clinching first overall.

Tonight's game (Saturday) will be important for a couple reasons.

1. Because the Generals get a first round bye in the playoffs, they will need to play to keep themselves tuned up and ready for round two.

2. The game will feature Sledge Hockey Night in support of Team Jigger.

Game time tonight is 7:45 at the Gary Moe Autogroup Sportsplex.
