By the amount of people who filled the streets of Lacombe on July 1, it’s safe to say Canada 150 was a success.
There was something for everythone on Saturday, as people of all ages were out to enjoy the celebration of Canada’s birthday.
From live music to foods trucks along with a wonderful showing of fireworks, it was a great example of why Canada remains a great place to live.
As adults we all know what makes Canada so great, but what do the younger generation think?
And for the day itself?
Horse drawn wagon rides, a community market and a pancake breakfast also highlighted the celebration of Canada's 150th birthday.
