From Innisfail RCMP:
 
On January 29, 2018 RCMP Innisfail rec'd a call of a suspicious male who was stuck in the snow at a rural location NE of Innisfail Alberta near township 362 and range road 272.
 
RCMP Innisfail attended immediately and observed a truck stuck in the ditch and a lone male sleeping inside. 
 
The male was identified and found to be wanted on a number of outstanding warrants and was arrested.  Subsequent investigation revealed the truck was stolen. 
 
The male, Devon Cook (27 yrs) of Red Deer Alberta, in addition to his outstanding warrants has been charged with:
  • Possession of property over $5000
  • Breach of Probation
Cook was remanded to appear in Red Deer provincial court on Feb 2, 2018 at 0930 am
