Environment Canada has ended the snowfall warning that was issued on Thursday evening. Some areas in Central Alberta have reported up to 15 cms of snow over the past two days.

For the rest of the weekend we can expect lower than average temeratures for this time of the year.

The forecast for Saturday is calling for sunshine with a high of only -4°C and a wind chill this afternoon of -10°C. The average high for October 16th is 11.9 °C.

Sunday looks even colder with a high of only -8°C and a low of -17°C.
