The Rocky Mountain House RCMP are seeking public assistance in identifying suspects in a recent armed robbery.

On October 31, at approximately 7:30 p.m., the Rocky Mountain House RCMP were dispatched to an armed robbery at the Tamarack Liquor Store.

Two unidentified suspects entered the liquor store, one wearing a “V” for Vendetta mask the other wearing a skull mask.

Both individuals were dressed all in black and had blue medical gloves on.

The individual in the skull mask brandished a machete and told the clerk to keep away from the counter with his hands up, while the second individual stole a large bottle of vodka.  

One of the suspects was carrying a backpack.

One of the suspects is a male and the RCMP have not determined further information on the second suspect.

Both suspects fled the scene and ran towards 49 Avenue.  

No injuries were reported during this incident.
