Ebenezer Scrooge is set to hit the stage in Ponoka tomorrow night (Nov 19th) as Klaglahachie Fine Arts Opens their production of "A Christmas Carol".

Upwords of 90 people from the Ponoka area are behind the production, rehearsing together for the last 3 months.

Choreographer Brielle Wolf says the group first tackled the Charles Dicken's classic 8 years ago, and they are excited to bring back a re-vamped version, complete with a choreographed dance scene "I hope that our audience can see that we are trying to transition ourselves into something with a little bit more technical side to it as well.  I think it will be absolutely wonderful, everyone loves a little dance in the middle of a musical".

Wolf says she's excited for people to see"how far we've come, we are lucky enough to have performers who have been in both productions of A Christmas Carol to see how much more our lights are advanced and the costumes are more detailed and elegant".

Klaglahachie's Production of "A Christmas Carol" runs for the next 3 weekends in Ponoka, you can purchase tickets online here http://kfatheatre.com/tickets/.
