From Wetaskiwin RCMP: On December 26, 2017 at approximately 12:50 pm Wetaskiwin RCMP responded to a complaint of an entry to vehicle and attempted theft of fuel that just occurred in rural area just west of Gwynne, Alberta.

Two suspects with a red dodge truck and a white slip tank in the back were seen on the property. One male was in the truck while the second male was observed looking through an unlocked vehicle.  The male outside the truck was believed to be caucasian with a beard.  

The culprits had cut the lock off to the farm fuel tank and walked around looking through various outbuildings on the property before being observed.  

The truck was last seen eastbound on Highway 13A.

Police continue to investigate.
