An Amber Alert has been cancelled in B-C after a four-year-old Vancouver girl believed to have been with her mother was found safe.

Police were concerned for the well-being of Delilah Felton because of her mother's so called ``high risk lifestyle.''

Forty-six-year-old Angela Hanley is accused of taking the girl from her guardian's home yesterday afternoon in Vancouver.

Police are continuing to investigate, but say there nothing to suggest the woman wanted to harm her daughter.

An Amber Alert remains in effect for a missing four-year-old Vancouver girl believed to be with her mother.

Delilah Felton is described as white, with red hair and blue eyes, about four feet tall and weighing 40 pounds.

She was last seen wearing a mostly red rain jacket with flowers on it, a black shirt with writing on the front and black leggings with grey stripes.

Her mother -- 46-year-old Angela Hanley -- is described as white, about five-foot-six, 139 pounds with red hair and blue eyes.

She was last seen wearing a light brown corduroy jacket with a fur-lined hood.

Vancouver Police say Angela does not have custody of Delilah, who has been in the care of a guardian since birth.

They say Angela is involved in a high-risk lifestyle, and while they do not believe she wants to harm the child, they say she is not in a place to take care of her daughter at this time.

Vancouver Police Sgt. Brian Montague said this morning they believe the pair are still in the Lower Mainland as Angela does not have access to a car.

It is thought the pair are on public transit.
