From Innisfail RCMP:

On March 5, at approximately 1:30 am, Innisfail RCMP were conducting patrols around Innisfail and observed a number of people standing around a suspicious vehicle on 52 Ave.  

When police arrived, the individuals fled using a nearby vehicle. The suspicious vehicle was determined to be stolen and after investigation:

18-year-old Carson Bennett Yarbrough, of Innisfail, has been charged with:

  • ·Possess stolen property over $5000;
  • ·Possess weapon dangerous to the public;
  • ·Possess break in tools;
  • ·Theft Under $5000 x 2; and
  • ·12 Charges of Failing to Comply with a Court Condition

Yarbrough has been released by the Justice of the Peace and is set to attend Red Deer Provincial Court on March 27, 2019.
