From Stettler RCMP:

On November 23, 2018, at approximately 1:22 pm Innisfail RCMP was conducting routine compliance checks and discovered that a man bound by conditions to be on 24-hour house arrest was in fact, not home.

RCMP continued to look for this male and at approximately 4:30 pm police observed a suspected stolen vehicle driving near the male's residence and observed the male they had been looking for exiting the driver's door. 

When the male was informed he was under arrest he attempted to run from police and after a brief foot chase was apprehended. 

The vehicle the male was driving was confirmed as stolen.

18-year-old Jordan Kyle Glasgow has been charged with:

  • Possess stolen property over $5000
  • Obstruction
  • Breach of Recognizance X5
  • Operate a motor vehicle while disqualified
  • Drive an uninsured motor vehicle

Glasgow was remanded by the Justice of the Peace and is set to attend Red Deer Provincial Court on December 4th 2018, at 0930 am.
