For the second year in a row, the Red Deer College Kings volleyball team are top in the country.
 
Kings beat the Titans de Limoilou in five sets in the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association championship gold medal game at Nationals on Saturday.
 
After jumping out to a 2-0 set lead, the Titans stormed back with back-to-back set wins forcing a deciding game.
 
It was also the second year in a row where the Kings played the Titans de Limoilou in the gold medal game, so both teams had to be familiar with each other.
 
Ty Moorman was named the Kings player-of-the-game with 10 kills, 2 digs and 1 stuff block.
 
Regan Fathers was name tournament MVP picking up 28 kills, 2 service aces, 9 digs and 2 stuff blocks.
