It’s Friday night lights in Lacombe, as the Rams play Hunting Hills in high school football action at ME Global Park.

Quarterback for the Rams John Ericson, who threw three touchdowns last week in a 42-17 win over Notre Dame, said he expects a close game.

“I expect them to come out fast and come out confident. I’m also excited because it’s going to be a great test.”

Ericson assured the team is up for the challenge.

“We need to work on getting quicker and quicker so we can march the field more fluidly and make it so we don’t have those mental mistakes.”

Hunting Hills are also looking for their second straight win of the season, after crushing Lindsay Thurber last week 51-20.

Game time is 7:30.
