Coming up on March 11th, there’s the Central Alberta Regional Science Fair at Bower Shopping Centre in Red Deer! If you were ever in a science fair you know how difficult (but so much fun!) it is to find something creative to present!

With all the brilliant kids within the region planning, creating, kaboom’ing, and who knows what else for their science projects – we thought we’d ask the Sunny Crew what THEY would present if they were put into a science fair:

Pamela: “I would present a cotton candy machine and talk about how the sugar turns into the delicious treat we love at carnivals!”

Darcy: “A presentation on the feasibility of human superpowers. Is Wolverine’s healing factor possible?”

Kelly: “The positive effects owning a pet can have on the human brain!”

Tank: “A volcano, but instead of lava it’s filled with chocolate! And then it turns into a chocolate fountain for everyone to fondue!”

Marissa: “I would bring in a bat and while it’s sleeping upside down I would hang upside down with it and see how exactly they can do it without all the blood rushing to their head.”

Darin: “A solar panel house – I won 2nd place with that in my school science fair back in the day!”

Matt: “The classic vinegar and baking soda volcano!”

Andy: “Remember that potato light everybody had as a kid? Yeah, that!”

Iwa: “A study on various mold cultures a person can find in their fridge…”

Adam: “Bugs.”
