Say hello to Philly!

Hi, my name is Philly! I’m a mixture between a Havanese and a Chinese Crested Dog! Despite my tiny size, I am not a puppy…  I am 2 years old! I’m fairly new to the shelter – I was surrendered by my owner who could no longer take care of me due to unforeseen circumstances.

Since I am a new guy, my personality hasn’t really had its chance to shine just yet! I play well with other dogs when we’re outside, though. I am not a biter nor do I get particularly aggressive. I haven’t been around many kids so if you want to come and meet me be sure to bring them along to see if we’ll be a good match. Since I’m a small dog, I would be well suited for a small house or an apartment. But keep in mind I really love being outside so you would want to commit to taking me outside at least once a day!

I am up to date on all my vaccinations including kennel cough and rabies. I am also neutered so no sudden puppies in your future!
