Sunny 94 has partnered with the Central Animal Rescue Efforts Shelter (C.A.R.E.S) to bring you Pet of the Week! Each Wednesday we'll feature a new, super friendly, totally adoptable dog or cat. We'll tell you a bit about them in hopes you'll go to C.A.R.E.S, meet them, and hopefully fall in love and bring them home with you!

Meet Lacey!

Hey everyone! My name is Lacey and I’m a 4 year old Corgi cross! I’m not from Canada, I was born in the United States and was rescued by the wonderful ladies at C.A.R.E.S  from a high-kill shelter down there.

I’m super sweet and friendly… especially with other dogs! If you already have dogs in your home I’m sure we’ll get along just fine. I’m also very quiet and have yet to make a peep at C.A.R.E.S! Running around and sniffing pretty much everything is a hobby of mine! I would do well in pretty much any type of home who would give me lots of love and attention!

I’m spayed and up to date on all of my vaccinations including rabies and kennel cough. I tested negative for heartworms and I’m also microchipped so you’ll always know where to find me! All I need now is the perfect home!
