Jan 25th is Robbie Burns Day!
Robbie Burns was a famous Scottish poet and lyricist and with so many Canadians heritage rooted in Scotland, there are many ways for you to celebrate around Central Alberta.

This afternoon from 2-4pm The Cronquist House in Red Deer is hosting a Robbie Burns Tea, tickets are $12 each and available at the door.
Then at 5:30pm head to The Legion in Sylvan Lake for their Robbie Burns dinner, including music, roast beef dinner, ceilidh dancing and HAGGIS.
Tickets are $25 each, ($10 for children 12 and under) and available at the legion.

As well, I visited the Mary C Moore Public Library in Lacombe to talk about their bi-monthly Adult Colouring Program. It is on every second Wednesday of the Month including tonight from 6-8pm. All skill levels are welcome and you don't need to bring any supplies, the library staff will set you up with everything you will need.
